RAFA Appeal
The wings appeal at Burrowash, Derbyshire on the 12th September 2011. Four cadets from 2418 Sherwood squadron were asked to help out to raise money for the Royal Air Force Association.
On the day on two cadets were allowed on the stand at one time, so we had to work 1 hour shift between four of them. The cadets were based at the Co-Op in Burrowash from 9am till 3pm, in that time they raised £190.29 for the RAFA.
At the end of the day all cadets were thanked for such a great job the cadets did for the RAFA and it was all greatly appreciated.
