Poppy selling- when poppy selling you will be standing in an area that is quite busy and you will sell poppies to the public. This will happen around remembrance day
Marathon- as a sqn we help out with the Nottingham marathon annually. This includes setting up the medals for the individual races, and then handing out the medals and congratulating the runners on their achievement. Throughout the day you are given a food token and drinks to ensure you are kept hydrated.
Also when doing DofE, these activities can be included in your volunteering section, therefore the more activities you volunteer for the more that gets counted towards your DofE.
